"I just wanted to write about how much IPT helped relieve my chronic pain. Back in November of 2016, I threw my back out and strained all the muscles down the left leg while working out at the gym. I was in chronic pain all the time and had difficulty with weight bearing and walking any length. I tried a combination of massage therapy and acupuncture for several weeks; both of which were very expensive. I started taking yoga classes thinking that the stretching might help alleviate some of the pain. Stephanie approached me in class one night and suggested I try IPT. At this point I was willing to try anything. I made an appointment with her and within two days of her magic, I was experiencing about 75% less pain. I made a follow up appointment for two weeks later for a second session. In the meantime, Stephanie gave me stretching exercises to do at home. I did them as prescribed three times a day. It was an incredible relief to be pain free after 4 months of non stop pain. I would highly recommend IPT for anyone experiencing constant pain. It was worth every penny, and I am so thankful Stephanie reached out to help me.
" I am a 77 year old who 3 months ago had frequent/chronic lower back pain. In May of 2017 my daughter recommended yoga. We went to a local yoga studio which was full, and had no room for us. We somehow arrived at Stephanie Schwalm's Fusion Studio Yoga. After attending 1 or 2 sessions a week for 8 weeks, Stephanie, an Integrated Positional Professional worked her magic during a 2 hour 1 on 1 session. Today, I am pain free. I recently saw my primary care doctor, who had prescribed pain pills for my condition, he noticed a change in my posture and 'a brightness in my eyes'.
If you have muscle pain, go see Stephanie."

"I appreciated your provision of Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) over the past few months. The shortening and stretching muscles during IPT, was deeply relaxing, and the relief, during and after the treatment was simple, yet highly effective as well.
I highly recommend your Integrated Positional Therapy to others. I am sure they will benefit from it. Thank you for your high level of professionalism exhibited throughout the treatments. It creates results and confidence for the client.
"Stephanie is knowledgeable and very well versed in IPT, anatomy, yoga and other stretches and strengthening exercises. She is very quick to address any concerns as well as fully examine any underlying causes of pain and symptoms. She is friendly and always makes you feel comfortable throughout the session.
Her holistic approach to wellness and IPT sessions have helped me improve my overall posture, and ride me of chronic pain in my neck. We are now working on improving deeper issues of bad habits and longer held posture issues to improve long term quality of movement and strength. Stephanie is very generous with her knowledge and genuinely cares for her clients. She is attentive and listens to clients verbal and physical cues when administering IPT. She takes the time needed and never rushes or just goes through the motions."
